Color Cancellation policy.
All color services are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 75% of the service total.
Extension Cancellation policy.
All extension appointments require a non-refundable deposit. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
LATE policy.
Please understand that if you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment, your service will need to be modified or may need to be rescheduled. A cancellation fee will be charged if the appointment needs to be rescheduled. This keeps our schedules flowing and creates the best service for everyone!
Refund Policy.
Hair purchases for extensions are non-refundable.
